The object probe is pushed against any openings of the enclosure with the force specified in table 7.

The test probe doesn't have built-in force, if specific applied force required, the test probe should work together with a force gauge. At the end of our probe handle, there is a M6 thread hole to match the force gauge. Showing as following reference picture:

Product Description

The IP1X test probe with 50mm diameter sphere is designed to verify protection against access with the back of hand. This probe is used to test whether a person is adequately protected against access to hazardous parts with the back of hand.

This test probe A conforms to the standard requirements of IEC61032 fig.1, IEC60529 IP1 and IEC60065, etc. This probe is intended to verify the protection of persons against access to hazardous parts. It is also used to verify the protection against access with the back of the hand.
